A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Eamonn, a Civil and Structural Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries. My passion lies in problem-solving, project management, and leading innovative projects that have a lasting impact. Currently, I’m working as a Design Coordination Manager, focusing on site remediation and sustainable engineering solutions. I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to my work, which has allowed me to lead successful projects and drive innovation in the industry.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Limerick. I am currently pursuing a master’s in project management to enhance my skills in managing complex, large-scale projects. My long-term goal is to combine my technical expertise with leadership in the renewable energy and sustainable construction sectors, where I can contribute to developing innovative, environmentally friendly solutions.

Throughout my career, I’ve led teams on critical projects, such as a wastewater treatment plant in Dublin and a local hospital design in Ennis. I’m driven by finding creative solutions that push the boundaries of the industry, and I’m particularly excited about the potential for integrating AI and innovative technologies into construction and engineering.

When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active, spending time with my family, and continuing to learn through podcasts, audiobooks, and professional development. This commitment to learning and growth is a key part of my professional journey.
